So I just ordered a pickup over the phone and whoever that lady was that took my order should be fired what a rude unprofessional person. When my wife picked it up she told my wife she didn’t know what I ordered and only cares about my soda which is odd. Took me back 55 years! I used to ride my bike from East Saugus to Lynn beach and stop for a 50 cent Jr. each way! Ralph was soo sweet!
This time I got the pastrami, and it was great. The pastrami was sliced right in front of me, and my sandwich was fantastic. The French fries were not made until I got there. This place knows how to take take of there customers. Excellent food.

I came in and asked for the biggest roast beef sandwich they had. It came out quickly and I was blown away. The best roast beef I’ve ever had. It was so good I got a junior sandwich afterword. If you are in the area you have to try.
You don't go to Bill and Bob's for the atmosphere. You go there to get a roast beef in a drive thru at 1am because your boss made you stay late and you need the world to feel like it's alright again. The prices are moderate, the service is to the point and the food is always, without exception, fantastic.
