We were a group of 15, including 8 children aged between 1 and 14. Our family members have various food preferences and allergies, but everyone was able to find something on the menu that they could enjoy, which is quite rare. Our server was exceptional—she was attentive, patient, and accurate throughout our meal. Managing the needs of 14 people with just one server is no small feat! Overall, we had a fantastic time! What OpenTable Diner doesn't like about Bertucci's:
The worst possible experience. No one greeted us at our table for 25 minutes. Freezing cold restaurant, loud music, filthy tables everywhere. Begged to have our order taken. Took nearly an hour for a pasta and one pizza. Needed to ask for everything including silverware, napkins, water. Bathroom filthy. Have given this place so many chances. Our server was friendly and very quick to get our order to us. The atmosphere was quiet and calming, super romantic for our date! Plus, the meatball pizza was so delicious!! We'll be full for days! Thank you!
