For vegetarians, they offer delicious tater tots, and there are also salads available for those with dietary restrictions. Parking is easy with ample open spaces available for free. It's definitely kid-friendly, featuring a children's menu and great outdoor seating for them to enjoy when the weather is nice. Plus, there’s a wheelchair ramp at the front for accessibility.
I arranged a wedding venue tour with their event coordinator, Justin. After driving four and a half hours for our scheduled appointment, I was met with an incredibly rude attitude from him. He claimed that “there’s no way a tour could have been scheduled for that day and time,” despite the fact that he was the one who coordinated with me directly. I even have messages confirming our date and time from just a few weeks ago. It turns out he had booked our tour at the same time as a wedding. He completely forgot about our appointment, didn’t take any responsibility for it, and provided one of the worst customer experiences I could imagine from someone responsible for planning an expensive wedding. I'm very disappointed in the time and gas I wasted, but I’m also relieved that I didn’t end up relying on him for my wedding, given how he treats his clients.
Yesterday afternoon, my wife, our son, his wife, and their baby dined at Creekside Tavern. The son and I ordered the filet, my wife enjoyed the chicken alfredo, and our daughter's-in-law chose the rib eye. The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, the experience was slightly marred by our server, a short but quite stout young lady, who seemed rather sour. I felt obliged to leave a 20 percent tip, but it was purely out of obligation.
Great small town setup and good food. Stopped here after a training run for a quick bite and got top notch service. They are very friendly and accommodating.
