A few minutes ago, I came here for lunch. On the menu, the combo for two cheese enchiladas with rice, beans, and a drink was about $8.50. I ordered two cheese enchiladas alacarte, without rice and beans or the combo, thinking it would be cheaper. They didn’t tell me the total at the speaker, and before I could ask for the price at the window, the cashier took my card from me. They don’t process transactions at the window; they take your card away, leaving you wondering if they might misuse your information. When I received my receipt, it was $9, which is more expensive than the combo price! The receipt didn’t even list what I ordered; it just had the total they wanted to charge me. When I got home, the cheese was not melted and the enchiladas were cold. I live just a block away, so there’s no way they could have gotten cold that quickly. Plus, with the cheese not melted, it’s clear they didn’t even attempt to warm it up. Please issue a refund.

I... read more I’m giving this restaurant a one-star rating. The only positive was the rice, which was good. However, we waited a long time and ended up spending almost $40. I ordered chicken enchiladas, but they contained only cheese, and it wasn’t even melted. I also ordered a side of rice that never arrived. I’m not likely to return.

The... read more I've gone through the drive-thru many times and have always enjoyed the quality of their food. However, we visited inside today, and I was truly impressed. The place is very clean and beautifully decorated. It's definitely one of the best Beto's in Utah County!
