When I got home, I realized I was given the wr... read more I went through the drive-thru and was the only car there, but it still took forever to get my order after I paid. When I got home, I realized I was given the wrong order. I drove back and explained the situation to the manager, who had just dealt with another wrong order. He checked my ticket, saw how much time had passed, and agreed to remake my order. I asked to upgrade my order to a meal, paid the difference, but I believe the fries and drink should have been free as a gesture of good customer service. In the end, I spent more on fuel driving 10 miles round trip just to get the correct order.

I can 't quite remember if it was there is high school or not, but what I 'm trying to say is that it 's probably gone through new management at least 1x or 2x. It 's fast food Arby 's, the sliders are great, and you can Never go wrong with the reg Beef n Chedda hehehe I know a lot of fast food working don 't like their jobs, and I 'm deeply sorry for that but now we 've got all the high schoolers and young young people working that are sometimes quite rude.But, that 's the cycle everyone has to go through to begin life I just wish they could possibly be a little nicer, and I even check if there is anyome behind me so I don 't hold up the line. It still doesn 't change anything for them, though ?Parking: This Arby 's is inside a Gas Station. But, said gas station has the parking in front and on the sides. It 's never full enough to never find parking. It 's there, but just remember it 's part of a station :Wheelchair accessibility: I am chronically ill myself, but I don 't know if it 's all specifically made, well not 'all ', but some were made for because going INto the gast station there is just the tiny bump for the doors. Not massive ones you get knocked around on. And some tables have a seat taken out so they can sit and eat with their friends/family. I also noticed that the counter is shorter than most. Again, I don 't know if this is all ADA help, or how they just happened to make it, or even a combination of the two. Either way, that 's the one reason I don 't feel 100% confident in saying yes or no, but I feel it 's well workable
