What Michelle S doesn't like about Arby's:
Service was horrible. Amy ignored me and then when someone did take my order it wasn’t right. Told Amy and they made my sandwich and she she slapped it on the table, no apology. She was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. If she hates her job that bad then find another one. We stop here all the time. If you don’t do something about Amy’s attitude that may be our last stop to that Arbys. View all feedback.
