Had an amazing dinner of fresh salad, veggies and freshly caught lake trout all in a beautiful setting of wonderful gardens and local art work. Service was great too. Highly recommended! View all feedback.
What Michela Conti doesn't like about Serendipity Gardens Cafe & Guest House:
I had heard such great things, but I found it very expensive and mediocre food! The gardens were a mess and I found myself asking for everything. The portions are large but nothing to get ecstatic over. View all feedback.
Limited menu done well. Mediterranean chicken with greek salad and cheese cake dessert exceptional. Wait staff was helpful and friendly.
Great restaurant. Special find in a small town. Everything our group of five ordered was good. At our hotel we were told the place is owned and run by a couple of old “retired hippies” who sure know how to cook. That sounded like a good recommendation and it was.
Wonderful dinner at a small, quaint and very nice dining room. Dinner options were great and we loved everything! The portions are very generous!
My husband I stayed at a B B in town and came here for dinner. Lovely friendly server named Jessica. We were shocked by the quality of the meals. Fabulous menu great wine/cocktail list. We ordered the soup of the day...a delicious split pea ham. Entrees were salmon with rice veggies and spanakopita with a Greek salad. Large gourmet portions presented beautifully perfectly cooked. Fresh salmon veggies. The best Greek salad I have ever tasted. Loaded with unique veggies, feta and covered in a yummy vinaigrette. Three huge pieces of Spanakopita were superb. Wine was excellent. Desserts sounded incredible. All homemade. I wish I had left room to try at least one. Absolute must stop if you are visiting near the area. Open for lunch dinner. Quirky artsy colorful exterior. Three umbrella-covered tables chairs on patio for outside dining. Beautiful waterfront views.
Small indoor space, and a decent sized patio. Friendly server. Food was good. Lots of nice art and such on the walls.
