My partner and I visited this restaurant tonight without any expectations, but we were pleasantly surprised by how kind the owners were and how delicious the food was. Thank you for a fantastic meal!

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly friendly. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich is delicious and definitely gets the American stamp of approval! The soup was perfectly seasoned, and they also offer some tasty snacks in their small convenience store.

There is no excuse to drive past the hungry moose without stopping for everything when they are open. As a small business in a close-knit community, their hours may be limited, but I always make sure to plan my route to include a stop here, especially for breakfast. The locals were friendly and engaging, and I enjoyed joining them at their communal table for lively discussions. Chris and the rest of the staff were fantastic. Despite their small size, the hungry moose packs a powerful punch!

The owner gave us a nice and clean room at a fair price when we called them in the middle of the night. Thank you!

My family and I are were driving from Alberta to Quebec and hadn't booked anything in advance or looked up places to eat, so we accidently stumbled upon Hungry Moose and we will now be stopping here every time we travel through Canada! Chris and his wife Judy are the nicest hosts and made us a breakfast exactly like we were craving! They were extremely kind and generous people. The food was delicious, the place was very tidy and pretty, and we had great conversation! Highly recommend coming here!
