I typically order the same thing each time: a cold brew with less ice, four sugars, and three creams. The service has also been getting better. However, I've frequently overheard some staff members speaking negatively about customers. While I can understand their frustrations, it feels quite unprofessional to hear this as a patron. Even though I never cause any problems, it leaves me wondering what they truly think of me as a regular customer.
