I went to this restaurant one evening during the week by making a reservation as there were a lot of us. The place is small, well furnished and extends along a corridor where the open kitchen is located at the end; the tables are however well spaced. As soon as you enter the smell of fried food is noticeable. We tried several dishes and most of them were very good (I particularly liked the meat ravioli and the pork with Peking sauce . The service can be improved with small attentions (e.g. attention in the delivery of the dishes, more clarity in the description, ... but it is still present. Cinzia, the owner, is friendly and available with suggestions. He offered us limoncello at the end of the evening (their bitters are excellent . Low prices. In general I would recommend this place for a quiet evening without too many pretensions. I will definitely go back. Excellent quality, fast and friendly service. The spaces are a little sacrificed. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
I tried different types of ravioli, all excellent, two equally excellent second courses of pork and an exquisite dessert (mochi), I will return to try other dishes. Friendly staff, well spaced tables, clean place. Advised Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
Small place in the center of Pavia. As soon as we entered, the first thing that struck us was the smell of fried food that we took home as it stuck to our clothes. The place is small, the tables are arranged along a corridor that ends with the open kitchen. Accustomed to eating traditional dishes from some regions of China in Milan, such as Hunan, Sichuan, Shandong, ChongQing, every now and then we happen to try non-Milanese Chinese restaurants but unfortunately it is always a disappointment, as in this case too. The three stars are for the delicious homemade ravioli. For the rest, nothing thrilled us. Pay attention to the images of the dishes on the menu because they are not all truthful: we took 2 dishes that were very different from how they were presented. The lamb, not in bite-sized pieces but rather like accordion-shaped offal, was dispersed in a quintal of freshly cooked onions, which were indigestible for us. If there are other foods on the plate they should be reported, so a person, if he doesn't like it, perhaps chooses something else. The pork strips with Peking sauce were drowned in the sauce, only its flavor was noticeable. The Chinese noodles with prawns had very little seasoning, the prawns were not whole but shredded into small pieces (so as to use less I suppose). Aseptic table service, the gentleman was also imposing and not very explanatory. The owner always smiles, even in the face of complaints (see mismatched menu photos), as if to pretend nothing happened. I won't go back, I won't recommend it. Extend the road and go straight to Milan, you will find better choices.
