I was disappointed: terrible service. Room assistance not even with the slightest smile. They don't work at a funeral. I purchased two hot chocolates without cream... unthinkable... and a slice of coconut-raspberry cake which in my opinion wasn't very fresh. Sorry about the chocolates. .. they weren't chocolates they were non-drinkable drinks you just had to look at them to realize what they had served us... a disappointment.
