Another 15 minu... read more We stopped by the Burger King on our way back from Dublin. It took us 20 minutes to be served, even though there were only 3 people ahead of us. Another 15 minutes passed before we received our food. The staff were extremely rude and seemed inexperienced. We do not plan on returning.

I went into a restaurant to buy a fizzy drink and saw 4 cans of coke for 4.50. I decided to buy them but then noticed 6 cans of coke for 4.00 euro. I wanted to... read more I went into a restaurant to buy a fizzy drink and saw 4 cans of coke for 4.50. I decided to buy them but then noticed 6 cans of coke for 4.00 euro. I wanted to exchange them but the staff member behind the counter refused, saying I had already paid for the 4 cans. When I asked for a refund and threatened to involve the authorities, he reluctantly gave me my money back, calling me a miserable man in the process. I was very upset by his rude behavior and believe the staff at this restaurant are extremely ignorant and should not be working there.

My most recent visit came on a Saturday at 5:25pm with my partner and we had planned to go to costa which was due to close at 6, the girl working there to be fair to her was on her own and appeared to be not to busy but she was cleaning. When I approached the front of the shop I seen her look up and utter “oh for f**k sake” and shake her head and continue to walk over to me and unpleasantly ask “What do you want?”. I know the staff in Applegreen are generally well mannered and helpful but on this occasion the girl who served me was very ignorant and didn’t want to help.
