Had to pay extra for lettuce wraps and instead of letting us know when we picked up, they just put a bun on it and said nothing. It's for dietary reason we had the lettuce wrap. For some reason the cashier made us talk to the chef. No idea why. I could care less about the reason, I wanted my money back and it wasn't offered. They said the next time we come in we can get the lettuce. Seriously?! Also ordered a bacon burger, which didnt have bacon in it. It had something that looked like bacon but definitely didnt taste like bacon. We think it was pastrami sliced to look like bacon. It was super thin, and really red. The other burger we ordered had all the condiments we didnt ask for on it. This isn't the first time our food has been messed up. So if you have a dietary restriction or allergy, dont expect this place to make your food as ordered. Theyre gonna make it how they want to make it and not tell you. Gonna call our bank and deal with it that way.
