The owners Michelle and her brother, Marc, are the friendliest! I always call in my order and take a short drive order to pick up. And always, always the breakfast sandwiches are delicious! The boba drinks are refreshing and can be ordered customized (almond milk, 60% sweet, not-so-hot, etc). mmm I think... I just made myself hungry again. lol See you soo Michelle Marc!

It could have used a bit more spice, but the bacon provided a nice flavor contrast. I had a white chocolate iced coffee, while my mom opted for a Vietnamese coffee. Both drinks were strong and flavorful. I would definitely return for their Vietnamese sandwiches if I’m in the area. The place is takeout only, but there are chairs inside to wait for your food.
