I usually order t... read more I received quick service and the food was delicious. I ordered the mushroom chicken, which they made from scratch, so there was a slight wait. I usually order the plate, and everything tasted quite fresh. The wait was only a few minutes, so it wasn't a big deal. Wingstop and Little Caesars are right next door in the shopping center.

I visited the restaurant around 1:30 PM on January 23, 2023, and placed my order. Normally, I check the display to see what ingredients are available before finalizing my order to expedite the process. However, the staff informed me that they didn't have enough of the items I requested. Ironically, they continued to serve the same dish to three customers who arrived after me, and there was one more person dining in. I ended up waiting until almost 2:05 PM to receive my order, which took 35 minutes to prepare. Unfortunately, it seems like the staff in this location doesn't value customers' time.

I gave it way to many chances and I will never go back to this establishment. I only wish I can mark 0 stars. The employees need to be maxed out at 5 bucks an hr that's the type of service you are getting. I feel sorry for the owners.
