Jim's Burger Beers Pattaya

Small independent burger restaurant. Also has branches in Bangkok. Very good. 30 indoor seats, 18 outdoor. Food: 8/10. Ordered the signature burger (beef/medium rare/original bun/small) and french fries. Beer menu was far too complicated to understand. Gave up and ordered soda. Burger gets 9/10 let down only by the fact the patty was well done rather than medium. Love the smaller size (was just right). The bun was soft all the way through which I normally don't like, but the breaded onion ring balanced it out with sufficient crispiness. The sauces in the burger added the right amount of spice and interest and crucially was not too sweet. Fries get 5/10. A bit dry and dull. The housemade orange sauce is very good not too sweet. Service: 5/10. Swift, efficient, accurate, but a bit impersonal. 9 other guests in the 45mins I was here (7pm on Saturday). Price: 7/10. Good value for money. Average check: THB400/person Crowd: Local Thais (customer choice award winner on Wongnai) and European tourists Design/ambience: 5/10. Odd aesthetic. A cross between a bathroom and a garage a bit like those areas in shopping mall car parks that wash your car for you. Token neon lifestyle messages installed for your Instagram pleasure. A bit grubby. Suggestions: Service needs some love. Really wants someone to welcome customers with an authentic smile. Simplify the beer menu I like beer, not confusion. Let's clean the restaurant a bit more thoroughly.

Excellent burger, very kapuze selection on craft beer take away. personalservice is super friendly.

Great small space with a fantastic selection of craft beers. the signature burger was delicious. proper bark patty cooked to her search with a selection of rolls and sauces. they have craftsmanship on hahn, bottle and doses so much to choose. friendly staff. will pay them another visit

This is an amazing Burger restaurant. if they love a good burger, this will be on the place (and I am a fussy eater) also they have a great selection of be on tap. I strongly recommend jims.

The beef was well done instead of medium. Additionally it took a long time until everything arrived. The beer is totally overpriced.
