It looked s... read more We stopped by this place on our back from Dalhaousi and service/food was just Horrible. RESTROOMS: We stopped looking at the resturant from outside. It looked super nice and contemporary. We thought food will be nice and restrooms will be clean but restrooms were more dirty than one can imagine. After we complaint to the manager... he quickly appologized and told us that we can use a different restroom on the backside. Its so frustrating that you will make your guest goes through such bad experience and only if one raises his/her voice...you provide another option. They lied on top saying that the dirty restroom is closed when there was no such sign and lots of their staff were just standing there never told anyone. I saw so many kids, mothers, older people struggling to use bathroom and staff like myself with no choice when on road trip. FOOD: We ordered Chinese food for kids and told them specifically the spice level to be #1. The food came cooked with red and black peppers. It was just too spicy for kids to eat. The chicken used was old and very hard chew making it inedible. On our complaint- They did remake one of the dish for the kids but it came too late. They also took one dish of the charge as well. Overall service was very poor. They made this fancy looking hotel/ resturant to impress guest from all over the place but dont have any sercice quality. I regret to go by looks and stop at this place.
