Dunkin' is located at the corner of Madison Avenue and Getty Avenue in Paterson. This location has been around for quite some time and hasn't undergone any renovations, which gives it a somewhat outdated feel. However, it remains very clean, and the food is quite good. The service here is excellent; I received three munchkins simply for being a nice customer! View all feedback.
What New York City Nyc doesn't like about Dunkin':
This place is the worst! They constantly scam customers by charging them double. The older man at the register always seems to be overcharging. I'm not sure if the owner is instructing him to do this or if it's just this guy, but he's there every afternoon! View all feedback.
Donuts always taste stale and they ground my mobile order 3 times in order, always check b4 u leave.
Easily accessible all you need. One of the busiest place in NJ
This place is terrible. They overcharge customers constantly, and the cashier seems to double the quantities without explanation. I'm not sure if the owner instructs him to do this or if it's just this particular employee, but it happens every time I visit in the afternoon.
Getting into the drive-thru can be a bit tricky, as you can only access it coming from the bridge. If you're coming from the opposite direction, there's a double line, and you can't turn left into the drive-thru, although many people still attempt it. I’ve even seen a cop do it once! Just make sure to be cautious when turning left to avoid oncoming traffic and, of course, don't block the road.
This donut shop has a lovely interior, but I think the manager should consider removing the outdoor garbage bin. It creates confusion for customers using the drive-thru and takes up space, which could improve the overall experience and make everyone happier.
