We had our farewell dinner in Valencia 18 December and we will definitely be back again. Where do I start? Beautifully decorated dinning space, with a limited number of tables which makes it feel very intimate and catering for each couple. SAITI offers the cuisine and the experience which is only offered by other Michelin starred restaurants. The waiters sommeliers are not only exquisitely mannered, but they are not arrogant or presumptuous, which we found very relaxing and comfortable. César was our lead waiter and sommelier and guided us through the 3 starters,2 mains and 2 puddings... Each of them spectacular! SAITI is indeed an immersive experience offering Valencian delicacies and perfect wine pairing. We were attended to perfection and style, only comparable to other 3-4 Michelin restaurants we have been to in other Spanish cities and countries. Perfect!
