Being a Michelin recognized restaurant prices are very affordable. Only remark is for appetizers, very strange policy and they are somehow guiding for daily menu instead of “À la carte” menu. One of our fa... read more We first came here in 2021 and have been coming back ever since for Friday lunch whenever we are in Valencia. I think we're up to about 30 visits! One of our favourite restaurants in Spain. The food is always interesting and delicious and so good value for the money. The staff are lovely (and remember us even after a year between our last visit!! , the atmosphere warm and friendly a thoroughly wonderful experience that has stayed consistent for many years. We love it and couldn't recommend it highly enough

Every dish was we... read more Excellent experience at Blanqueries. The tasting menu is very reasonably priced for the level of quality, execution, and creativity delivered. Every dish was well balanced and thoughtfully prepared, and the service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout. Honestly, the food here was better than several 1-star Michelin restaurants we ate at in Bilbao and northern Spain—both in quality and overall experience. A standout restaurant in Valencia and absolutely worth a visit.
