Obviously very similar to paella, but with crunchy, buttery noodles instead of rice. It was HEAVEN! It was literally my favorite meal of my entire three week tour of Europe, and it was undoubtedly the high point of our… troubled… time in Valencia. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED- as in, as emphatic as my recommendations get!

We were a group of 10 and the service was excellent and the food was among the best we had in all of Spain. We had a shrimp carpaccio, a delicious fried calamari starter and the star of the show was the wonderful Paella Valenciana. It is an upper end place with nice furnishings and our experience was overwhelmingly positive.
