La Carme - Paterna

Large restaurant at 10m of c/ cavallers, very close to the cathedral. I advise you tomatoes dried in the sun with cheese cream and olive palm. to eat, you can choose between sandwiches or homemade pitas (not kebab). snacks are the best in the house. the bread you can choose: onion, integral, sesame or olives. There are about sixty to choose from and many different flavors. I collect the eggplant, cheese and plums. The truth is, for me, it's the best place to eat in the carme neighborhood. and if I talk about good things, especially you have to highlight such desserts: all are made at home! the yogurt with honey and nuts has no waste. a pleasure. to 10. try to go whenever you can a snack, a salad, a dish to bite and a dessert, for about 15-18€.

A good restaurant, where the food is very good, especially the intake of dry tomatoes with cheese creams and olives. the bread used is of very good quality and the snacks are very good, although they do not deserve the price of 5.70€ which cost the cheapest of them. the service is very attentive to the customers, unfortunately, between sitting otes and serving can take a good and long time, in my case it took almost 40 minutes to bring us the first entry and almost 20 the drink. of the latter to highlight the offer of wheat beers made in valencia, of an unusually good quality to be Spanish beer. At the end the menu goes easily to 18€ without being a quality of the other world, paying the added value of being in the carmens. I'd still repeat it.
