Sandra was very helpful in the reception desk. She took her time to explain the touristic attractions of the city and was very attentive to my room service needs!!
Rooms were not clean , especially sink was out of service .staff at breakfast was rude.sorry I didn't expecting this when I am for my incentive tour.nothing is nearby activity.
How this hotel is classed as a 4 star I don't know. Its all falling apart. The receptionists weren't rude, they were quite friendly, although one lady in particular was just not very good at her job. On NYE I booked another night so that me and my partner were not be awoken early on New Year's day by the cleaning staff, and the lady had not actually made the reservation. Luckily on NYE coming back from our party I just wanted to make sure with the man at reception that the reservation had been made, and it hadn't been. I was not too pleased, I potentially wouldn't come back here unless there wasn't any other option
Barbra was very nice person and the rest of the staff. Hotel is good for the price. What you pay is what you get
The hotel is situated far away from the city, it is Ccessible by the bus 140a, however the bus is not that frequent. They serve breakfast, i really recommand it as it is quiet delicious! The rooms are spacious. If you coem eith your partner you will enjoy the beds. I haven't tried the pool yet, so i can't give feedbavk ob that
