I have to admit I'm not going to this kind of restaurant (high level,) but it was all perfect. welcome, kindness, service in general and recommendation for food and drink. We ate the tasting menu and it is not said which of the dishes has dripped me, because they were all sublime. They served 3 details of the house, then a tuna that was undone in the mouth, a smoked foie and as a third entry a few shepherd's crops that I remember well were accompanied by corral eggs. wild (it was noticed that it was very fresh) and ended with the Iberian meat dam. I have never eaten Iberian prey like meat, very good, little made like meat. We take a torrige that served with cinnamon ice cream. in total a success, we took a Valencian wine that had been recommended by the head of the room. It didn't seem expensive, but if for special days (anniversary) I'll be back soon.

We had booked well in advance for New Year’s day, but a few days before we were sent a message saying they wanted payment (via bank transfer only! and sending a special six course set menu.
