Firstly, our starters were mixed up meaning we ate at different times...that 's ok mistakes happen. However, I ordered mild chimichanga it came and was extra hot (I have this regularly at chiquitos and this was volcanic) I sent it back as it was clearly a mistake. I was expecting an apology and a reorder for the correct main oh no, along comes a manager who says 'you 're not happy with your meal ? ' I told her it was the incorrect spice and too hot, she responds 'it was mild so want do you want? ' I asked if it had been tasted, she said 'I 'm not tasting your food! I can 't do anything about the spice, it 's pre made ' I was appalled, her attitude was awful. We demanded a name of the manager...she refused, my husband eventually got it. So upset by this appalling customer service.
