I used to go there in the 90s where the place was great, we would eat and drink on Sunday. And the flipper, the Ferris wheel was all you heard from him
A hell of a deli became pub. Old and well worn wooden bar, floors walls, everything. Excellent tap beer selection, but all German. Do not expect the latest, hottest IPA or even local craft brews. The drawing here, however, is the outstanding music. The best craftsmen call this place at home, especially Thursday and Sunday. Outside the terrace fills with friendly smokers. And, yes, the bathroom is very small, with not a puncture of chromium and glass. If you are looking for an upscale cocktail lounge, this is not the place. If you are looking for an excellent local beer hall with music that is worth traveling, then come down.
This place rocks. I always take my dog here to have a good German beer and hear some Grateful Dead. Space is like a time capsule. The live bands are always great and only general rules.
