Cafe 1925 - Passi
Cafe 1925
Description
Tucked among Silay’s antique houses, this stylish, cozy café serves standout pastries, generous pastas and full-course plates in a homey, chill setting. Friendly staff and a welcoming interior make it a favorite for locals and visitors alike, though seating is limited and waits can occur. Coffee quality is inconsistent and some dishes may be unavailable at times; prices lean toward the higher side. Overall, it’s a must-visit for dessert lovers and pasta fans exploring Negros Occidental.

The food is affordable and delicious. However, the café has limited seating, as the space is quite small.
The restaurant offers a comfortable atmosphere, and the food is outstanding. The staff is incredibly attentive as well.
Terrible coffee, so tasteless, I mean who puts a hot coffee on a wine glass? Okay I appreciate the decoration but what’s the point of having a coffee if it’s tasteless? Overpriced, no Wi-Fi! Service is okay! The desserts are okay too ordered butuan bar and calamasi cheesecake, but I wanted some coffee and their coffee is really bad I was only looking for a place to work around silay they didn’t want to share their Wi-Fi with me. I’m very disappointed
Delicious desserts and excellent coffee! We stumbled upon this gem while waiting for our flight to the airport. I would definitely love to come back and sample their main dishes since we had already dined at The Mansion next door, which didn't meet our expectations. The café has a lovely cozy atmosphere and a stylish interior!
