Dunkin Donuts is not what it used to be. 25 years ago, you would walk into a Dunkin Donuts and have dozens of donut options to choose from, but now it's just not the same.

I always have problems with ordering on-the-go with my phone at this restaurant, causing me to wait longer than those who order in person after me. I've had three orders that were lost, and their iced lattes are not good at all. I'm not sure what they gave me, but it certainly wasn't a latte. Despite working just a block away, I will now be driving to the Wallington Dunkin Donuts instead.

NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN"Worst Dunkin I have ever visited. A young boy was taking my order, may be he was trainee and I order a latte and when I asked for less foam the manager, man with white beard jumped in pushing the boy away forcefully and shouted at me What foam and he literally shouted at me. And when we were leaving and he again shouted fix the chairs and then leave. I was like that is your job not ours and he gave us angry look. And Still i got half of the cup filled with foam. The manager was so rude not just to me but to my friends as well. I don't know but I felt like he was being raciest. And again NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. ??

The woman at the drive-thru often has a poor attitude, frequently makes mistakes with orders, and only provides receipts when requested. While there are many Dunkin' locations nearby, this is the only one with a drive-thru. The staff, particularly the drive-thru employee, could benefit from improving their customer service.

They consistently have problems with mobile on-the-go orders, causing me to wait longer than customers who order in person after me. They've lost three of my orders. Their iced lattes are awful—I have no idea what I was served, but it definitely wasn’t a latte. Although I work just a block away, I’ll be driving to the Dunkin in Wallington from now on.
