One of the young female employees literally just let the door shut in my face TWICE. I don?t expect special treatment, but she knew I was right behind her so a little common courtesy would?ve been nice.
The cashier was unfriendly and there was a young man with mental health issues who was cursing and behaving irrationally. No staff member asked him to leave. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The staff at this restaurant was incredibly rude. I placed an order through the app, but when my family went to pick it up, we were informed that it had already been collected. When I tried to call the store, they hung up on me and ignored my calls. When I went in person, they told me there was nothing they could do and instructed me to return the next day at 5 AM to speak to the manager. It's clear that the employees need better training and, most importantly, education. Their attitude suggests a lack of professionalism.
