Silva Brewing - Paso Robles

Great experience but the coffee stout it one of my all time favorites.Please don’t stop making espresso-o-boros.

We loved this place. It took us a bit to find it, but it was worth that little bit of confusion. It was totally unpretentious, the people were SO friendly and the beer was delicious. Typically, my girlfriend and I differ in beer tastes, but we both loved Chuck amok the Belgian IPA. We will definitely visit again if we're in the area.

If you want the best beer, come here. Welcoming, knowledgeable staff and legendary beers.

Know before you go this brewery is not kid friendly and that even applies to babies. That said, they were incredibly nice about letting us know (it's a zoning thing) and even gave us a discount for our trouble. They also recommended a Thai place that was fantastic, and were generally super friendly. We didn't get to try much sadly since we couldn't stay, but the hazy we took to go was great. Additionally, our relatives who have very discerning taste when it comes to beer agree, this place is top notch. We will be back in 21 years!
