First time trying Industrie Food Loft in City Golf Plaza. I got a little overwhelmed with the selection of food but ended up choosing The Pullet. I ordered their chicken + mac and cheese. I loved their chicken, with the crispy skin and soft and juicy center, made even more special with their honey maple "syringe". The mac and cheese was so-so but I like how it's a little bit spicy. A big plus for its value for money... View all feedback.
What Anne Lakin doesn't like about The Pullet:
Serves chicken and chips. I took out a portion with a side of coleslaw. The tenders were quite ok as were the chips and coleslaw. Nothing memorable about it. As they say, it's best to have it with beer! View all feedback.
Note: this assessment is long overdue. based on a visit from 7th juli 2017 huh and waffeln, a wonderful pairing of a classic comfort food that comes from the southern part of America. it is a great combination of economical and sweet combined, which is why I love the pullet takes a unique and playful twist on the plate serving her unique sauces in a splash. they have 3 sauces to choose, and as the spicy food lover that I am, I have the sriracha tabasco maple first, her huh was really good as it was crispy and juicy. and the waffels were beautiful and fluffy, not too dense. alone, both were average, nothing really rave. if the sauce is added, it takes...read more
Super tiny bites. I can hardly taste the truffle taste of my pommes, it tastes quite blanching. the personal does not smile and does not look so happy with what she does.
We have smoked bacon fries (php130). it was ok nothing special desire that they would have another type of cheese or added 1/3 more fries so it is sül.
Served chickens and chips. I took a part with a side of koleslaw. the offers were quite ok, like the chips and koleslaw. nothing strange about it. as they say, it is best to have it with beer!
Ordered the chicken and waffles. The syringe worked for its presentation but didn't really do much because the volume of sauce in the syringe was so little. Waffles were decent and the chicken was seasoned right. I was enjoying my food until I noticed that my fried chicken was undercooked! There was blood oozing out of the meat. Upon complaining the server said that the blood was just from the bone (clearly it wasnt just from there) and they'll cook it again if I want. No apologies whatsoever. I was so pissed off I ended up not eating it at all. Go to Industrie Food loft for the sisig balls in another stall but avoid this at all costs. You're better off going to Cow Chicken Modern...read more
