No pictures but try their Kansi (P265). The guys who were running the place gave us a taste and it's way better than Sarsa! Will go back for this for sure!
If, by any chance, you get to visit Industrie Food Loft in Ugong, Pasig, I suggest that you buy food from one of the twelve food stalls in the place, which is called Opsters. They offer home-cooked meals from Negros and I would have to say that out of the nine food stalls that I got to buy food from, theirs is one of the best in the area. I think one of the factors that make their food stand out from the rest is because they even source out their ingredients all the way from Negros, as relayed to us by Opsters' owner. Amazing, isn't it? Having combined a good mixture of ingredients and spices in their own version of kansi, I think this serving of soup was nothing else but perfect. Opsters' kansi was made up of tender beef slices, batuan fruit, chili, and lemongrass in sour tasting soup. A bowl of kansi costs Php265 and can serve up to three people. Another great pick from Opsters was their Karne Norte, or their take on the usual corned beef. The shredded meat was really tasty and it just melts in your mouth. What made it even better was it was paired with garlic fried rice and egg that was cooked over easy. Note that spiced vinegar would complement its flavors. alwayshungry.ph

You kani is a must try! reminds me of the famous kansi in bacolod. you serve is big enough for 2 (depending on appetit) . the service crews are also very nice!
I think 2017 was the year that the food park concept really took the subway in the storm. if I would fall through a food park, I feel like in the disneyland or something, but my problem is to live on the philippines, we usually have to deal with the heat. what is why I tend to prefer the food hall concept more than the park.
