The c... read more This was one of the most impeccably orchestrated culinary experiences I have had in recent years, and hands down one of the best tasting menus of my life. The chef and their team did an incredible job of showcasing the various regions that inspired each dish. The flavors and presentation were exceptional. My personal favorites were the octopus and the beef dish. I highly recommend this restaurant! (Although, I suggest they improve their billing process as it took longer than expected to pay for our meal with a credit card.)

Prior to my visit, I had read and heard great feedback about the restaurant, and I can confidently say that my experience mirrored those positive reviews. The interior, furniture, and overall ambiance of the restaurant were pleasing, with the temperature just right. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. Overall, my visit was fantastic and everything was perfect.

We had a wo... read more This excellent restaurant has a great ambiance and serves high-quality food. It is one of the few places in Manila where you can truly enjoy a meal. We had a wonderful dining experience and will definitely return. The only minor issue was the timing of the courses. One course was not even finished before the next one was served. We politely asked for a slower pace that would better suit a restaurant of this caliber.

I am from Donostia/San Sebastian, it was...a fly from my childhood memories, from tortilla de patatas, bocadillo de calamares and the Kalimotxo, we just to drink before every football match in old Atotxa Stadium. We flew to Donostia with the background of Santa Maria church in la Parte Vieja Donostiarra, some pinchos before sat in the table. On the table, tuna carpaccio with Gazpacho sorbet, refreshing yet tasty, no doubts about, bangus belly Pil-pil, you really need to grown with this taste and texture in your mouth, to end up with the Txuleton, yes! with tx is how we write it down, very special crunchy potatoes stuffed with espuma having as the best company on that wonderful symphony. The Sobao dessert with the smoked ice cream it was the best happy end for the belada. I would like to mention, the Oloroso wine we tasted, as well as the whole wine pairing offered.
