We all know how good KFC's chickens are so there is really nothing much to talk about on their regular menu. My review will center on their newest creation, the cheesy and hot chicken. The name says it all, the chicken is definitely cheesy and hot. Too hot for me anyway, but it's a good hot. The cheese is my problem, it has a texture that's like the ones that came out of a bottle. With the numbing feeling the spiciness gives, the cheese can hardly be tasted. Mashed potatoes and corn kernels mix is a good idea though.
