We ordered the Uma Uma Ramen, Spicy Chasiu Ramen and Chicken Karage.
The chicken karage has pretty good texture. It is not hard to chew yet cripsy and unsalty.
Uma-Uma Ramen is not spicy and Spicy Chasiu Ramen has the "hint" of spicy taste. The soup has pretty good consistency of the taste and creamy (because the yolk mixed with the soup). It is not too salty and it claims that has no MSG.

It was one perfect night for a bowl of ramen, and Uma Uma makes it to my top 10 favorite ramen spots. I had the garlic ramen, with one bite gyoza and chicken karaage. The only thing I did not like with the ramen was the beansprouts or toge, since I am not really fan of that vegetable. I assume you can ask the server to omit that from your order if you really can't stand it. The broth was smooth and creamy, eventhough I have not mixed the eggs in yet. The natural umami taste lingers, and it joins well with the roasted sweet garlic. I can go on and on about the soup. Sabaw pa lang, worth it na! The soup plus the pork, which was cut thicker than the usual, complements the silky texture of the noodles, completing this superb ramen experience. The girls love their karaage. I appreciate that they offer choices whether to have a spicy dip or not. Their gyoza is not my favorite due to the overwhelming kinchay taste. The service staff were attentive and friendly. They didn't mind all the requests we had like small bowls, plates and cutleries for the kids. One crew member inside the kitchen even played with our babies from afar. He inflated one of his gloves and played peekaboo with it with one of my cousins' babies. Happy that they don't mind a cheery boisterous crowd like ours! Will definitely go back to check their spicy ramen varieties too!

I've been wanting to dine here for months now and was finally able to do so a couple of days ago. Anyway, I was able to try their Spicy Chasiu Ramen and chicken karage Their ramen was just okay, it wasn't really spicy, there's only a hint of spiciness in it. I like their noodles, and the charsiu was really tender, yum. ???? As for their signature uma uma ramen, we did not like it. The broth sorta gave off a weird smell and we didn't like the way it tasted either. ???? Since my mom didn't even want to eat it after taking a few bites, I salvaged the meal by transferring the noodles, egg and charsiu into my bowl lol. Their chicken karage was good, very crunchy and flavorful. For their food, aside from the uma uma ramen, the rest that I've tried was good. Service can still be improved. gonicolec.wordpress.com
