Kenny Rogers Roasters - Pasay

I didn't enjoy the food. Super kulang Not totally worth it. 1. Poor Service 2. Not that much appetizing 3. The corn muffin as i expected it turn out to be too dry and not fresh at all. Ininit pa ata sa oven para kunwari fresh siya. 4. Why in other branches of Kenny Rogers mas marami pa servings kaysa sainyo? Tsk tsk... Kakakain ko lang dyan a while ago, sorry. Better improved!

Normally, I wouldn't bother to rate, much less review, common food shops since almost everything to be said for such chains were already pinpointed by countless of people. But this! This particular Kenny Rogers branch warrants a special attention from me Summary of the things I did not like about this branch: 1) Small space 2) Dirty floors 3) Sticky Tables4) Unaccommodating staff5) Bad food Seriously, I've been to numerous Kenny Rogers branches in this lifetime already and all were okay. This branch made me not want to eat at any Kenny Rogers branch anymore.

After going to the gym, I frequent KR to have my gains. I order 1/2 chicken and finish it myself. It's perfect! The service tends to get slow when it's lunch time. Probably because the chicken takes time to roast.

Worst service ever! So, my cousin and i decided to eat here for lunch and it was by far, my worst kenny Rogers experience. When we ordered the food, the cashier didn't even greeted us. There were too many people that's why it took a long time for our food to arrive. On the other hand, the food was still great.

I love Kenny Rogers Roasters dishes, but this is not a good branch. Always crowded, layout of the place is not that organized so you can't move around effiviently, service was slow, some of their staff are snobby, and there was a time I entered and the restaurant smells bad (like a table rug they're using wasn't properly washed or food was spilled somewhere for quite a while already and wasn't properly cleaned off). Immediately left and looked for other place to eat.
