The service was exceptional. However, the food was just average, especially for the price. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.

It's the best spot to watch the sunset, with an amazing view of the bay. The service matches the standards of a five-star hotel. The ambiance is lovely and cozy, featuring high ceilings, comfortable sofas, and plenty of space between tables. I was surprised to find that their afternoon tea surpassed that of Shangri-La. Standout items included the dark chocolate shooter, quiche, and mango panna cotta. The quality of the food is above average. However, the beverages could use some improvement. The tea is served in Dilmah teabags (I was hoping for loose leaf), and while the coffee was good, it didn't leave a lasting impression. Overall, I give it a solid 5/5: Food: 5, Service: 5, Atmosphere: 5.
