Walked into this place not knowing what to expect. Felt pretty relaxed with a chillin environment. There was a small band playing in the corner. The pricing fits a more semi formal location, and the tables are set the same. But the ambiance feels like you’re in a bar. With neon signs at the storefront. It’s a bit off putting. I found an Entertainment Book coupon for Choza, and found that they would not accept the coupon for an unknown reason.
We have made reservations through the open table and when we came to dinner for Valentine's Day, we said that they could not honour our reservation because they were already overbooked. it made it impossible to eat dinner on a busy Valentine's Day night.
Poor service due to under-impedance. I couldn't order a drink at the bar. they would not host me by table next to the bathroom and behind the entertainment, even tho the place was empty when we arrived there
