I'm not sure if it came from a bag of lettuce or something else, but it was hidden among the veggies in my burger. I’m very disappointed, especially since I used to come here often. I won’t be returning.

There was a short period where things improved, but now the food seems to be going downhill again. The pickles are now soggy and stringy, with holes in them, and the fries are similarly limp, as if they’ve been left out all day. It's hard to tell if the decline is due to poorer quality ingredients or changes in food preparation practices. If you want something fresh, you might have to stop by at unusual hours like 1 AM. The staff is friendly, but I really wish the food was as good as it used to be.

But after many times not getting my large fries. I had to stop ordering them and stop coming 2 times a week.I ask for picante sauces on the side no ketchup cause I don't like the ketchup flavor half the time I don't get the picante sauces.The receipt says what I order and it takes the money out for the fries.What is that called stealing or just lazy uneducated can't read I'm sure that's part of their simple job.Who ever bags my food is the problem no one else
