Whataburger - Pasadena

Very clean, well maintained facility. Never could go wrong with the whataburger bacon, cheese, jalapeños with twirling rings. the dining room was warm, but as soon as I mentioned it to a participant, they quickly turned on air conditioning

There is no way that I will wait 30 minutes in a drive-thru line for eating, so I have resorted to ordering order. I'm never eating on time. I wait 10 to 15 minutes each time. the young man who has brought out my food did this with absolute urgency. yall has to work on it. wasabuger is FAST food.

This place gets the order right and is consistent. the restaurant is clean with attentive staff. kudos to administration.

Since I made an early morning order about the app, it was ready. before the predicted time. was not thrown together and sat in the bag like mcds

I used to come here twice a week cause the food is great I used to order large fries and medium drink with my meal. But after many times not getting my large fries. I had to stop ordering them and stop coming 2 times a week.I ask for picante sauces on the side no ketchup cause I don't like the ketchup flavor half the time I don't get the picante sauces.The receipt says what I order and it takes the money out for the fries.What is that called stealing or just lazy uneducated can't read I'm sure that's part of their simple job.Who ever bags my food is the problem no one else
