Whataburger - Pasadena

Food was good .....service not so much. The employee passed out condiments to everyone but me, I had to get up and get my own, which wasn't a big deal It was just the idea of how she went about doing it.

Made it the whataburger ,it was approximately 6 cars ahead of me which I decided to patiently wait .Finally Ordered a grilled chicken sandwich ,they made a salad .Then I asked how long would it take for them to make my original order and the cashieravoided the question after 8 minutes of waiting she did ever thing else in the restaurant to avoid my question .Horriblecustomer service ,will not be going back

I ordered the chicken strip meal today. The chicken strips tasted very old and dry. Did yall change vendor because they had always tasted good and fresh. Won't be ordering that again. I'm a frequent customer and live down street from this whatabuger onsouthmore witter.

I used to tell everyone this was the best Whataburger around. But for the last couple months the drive thru times have really sucked. It doesn?t matter if your the only person or four cars back. It takes 20 minutes.

Some wouldn't rate this 5 Stars, but my own experience and in what I see other customers, grants this location a 5 Star review! I do frequent this Whataburger about 3 4 times per month. Almost always, there are ten workers, if not more, so my order getsdone quickly, orderly, and accurately.
