Fast food made on time and special deals. Their Chili originally created to use up leftover cooked hamburger beef is actually very good if a bit thin. They have baked potatoes which is a nice change. Their app works well, much better then some others. Fresh toppings on the burgers. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
A burger and an Asian Ranch Chicken Club Combo ordered. The burger was perfect... but the chicken sandwich... Idk, what happened here was very disappointed to find all the other ingredients missing, as well as the chicken itself with an inedible texture. Not sure it even cooked and safe to eat. Really bad service people look like they don't want to work and everyone is in their own world, I said the checkout that she looked like she didn't want to work and she just rolled her eyes on me and every time I ask for baked potatoes that they are out, I was really like? I wanted to cancel the order, but my 5 years old was waiting for really bad experience every time I come here and for the same reason maybe only a few times a year, that is the one in Spencer and Center in the Hirschpark
Went through drive through, had my order taken, got to window, it was wrong. They tried to not give me my whole meal. My 3 meals came out to be $53 which is outrageous. Tried to figure out what was wrong and couldn’t figure it out why. Left and got a better look at my receipt turns out they charged me for fries I didn’t want. All I was told was that it was the new girls fault for all the mistakes. I also ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies and instead I got 4 chocolate chip and one sugar. Really bad experience tonight.
Pretzel burger was wrapped so tight it squished the bun. They were out of strawberry frosties and they were out of the two for... Meals. Jr brother was okay. Q
Food was good. French Fries are always great! Floor is always nasty.
Ordered 2 frosty's, the 6th employee that past the window finally took our money, then they said it would take at least another 5 min to get a frosty, we asked for a refund, after alot of confusion arguing with us each other it took 2 tries to give us the correct money back.Should be embarrassed to manage your store that way
