The long wait for a table, improperly cooked steak, and lack of managerial oversight were major issues. Similarly, another disappointed customer waited 30 minutes without service at all. On the other hand, some guests were pleased with the service, food quality, and atmosphere at Outback. Excellent waitstaff like Christian and other attentive employees were highlights for those who had a positive experience. Ultimately, mixed reviews highlight inconsistency but keep the possibility of a great meal and service still open.

I love Cameron. A big server and manager Yolanda came to see if everything was good. It means a lot when managers come to check if our experience is good, making us feel better! Super Manager, food was perfection great service. Best outback location where I was. This place needs 5 stars! View all feedback.

Usually it is good. But I was very disappointed this time ?We got there and waited an hour. I though ok they must be busy. When we were seated we noticed there was a lot of empty tables. I ordered a steak medium rare, it was well done. My Waitress wasn't feeling well. But she was working hard.I don't think I will go to that location no more.I didn't see a manager coming out to tables. View all feedback.
I have generally had positive experiences at this restaurant, but I was extremely disappointed on this occasion. My party and I waited for an hour to be seated, even though there were many empty tables visible. Despite ordering my steak medium rare, it was cooked well done. Our waitress appeared to be unwell, but she was working diligently. I was also disappointed that a manager did not make an appearance at our table. Based on this experience, I don't think I will be returning to this location.
Gave up eating. I arrived at the restaurant and waited for 30 minutes and with little movement. not even the drink could serve me. don't believe it, look at the cameras. I arrived today 05-15 at 4:30pm and left at 5:00. bad service. the worst is to meet someone on your side who arrived later. Outback, you guys were better.
Me and my husband always come. But we came for my dads birthday and I just love her personality. Such a great server I hope to see her more often when I come. Thanks Kristi! Keep up the good work keep your head up !
The host and our server Gizelle were great, steak was delicious. Will definitely return.
Our server was above expectation. The food was excellent.
