Subway - Pasadena

Monica and her staff are amazing! Clean, fresh, and fast!! I ordered the meatball marinara w/ mozzarella cheese and spinach!!

Was not charged for the meal and when I went to ask for my drinks she said she didn't charge me only charged me for chips and sandwich . Then I wasn't given adjustment but charged full price for drinks. Suppose to have given a discount since I bought a Meal deal! . But she was prob a newbie so I went ahead and let it go. Hope they do better next review!

The employee male was rude he tried to give me less meat for a salad because I did not want protein bowl. The associate with him took over without me even saying anything and gave the right amount of meat. The male employee rung me up asked me for chips and a drink and I said , but if could give me a water cup which I get at every subway I go to three times a week for the past several years. He told me we do not have water cups, which lets me know do not come back to this subway ever again, they are not interested in customer service.

Subway is very selfish with veggies. Staff gets angry when you ask for more. Asked for sweet tea and they had no desire to get it for me.(the lobby was out). I visited at 2:50 pm during a heat wave. Just sucks when you don't drink soda. The older 2 people in the building very unfriendly!!

Bad service with the persons in the afternoon they need work to be nice if they don't like working don't work Stay home 2 time and same person bad guy
