Shake Shack Pasadena

Shack stack is one of the best fast food burgers you can have. And probably the most expensive! Fries not worth the calories and money. Not a lot of indoor seating but service was attentive.

The burgers are delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The door leading from the lobby to the patio needs repair, so make sure to push hard on the door… it’ll open!

I can't think of too many burger joints that serve brewskis. We enjoyed ourselves on a very busy elementary school fundraiser night where a brewski was critical. Food and service were fantastic!

I got the special spicy burger and it really wasn't much spicy at all but the flavor is solid as always. Lemonade is always great.

This is a typical fast food place. Nothing special. There's a nice outdoor patio inside very limited seating. The cashier was professional but not overly friendly. The food is okay. The vegan milkshake is okay. I've had a lot better. The time to get your food is pretty long. There were a lot of people waiting and we were all standing there for quite a while. They have two small areas for parking and no parking spots were available We had to park on the street. The parking lots were also super small so the only way to get back out if you realize there were no spots was to back out and that was very difficult. They have what they advertises a veggie burger but it is borderline and definitely not vegan nor can it be made vegan. Even the bun has animal products in it.Wheelchair accessibility: They do not have automatic doors. The counter is not prohibitively high but it is on the higher side so it might be inconvenient to order for somebody who is in a wheelchair.
