Homy cozy vibe plus food was excellent! Even it's a Michelin-starred restaurant, price is considered affordable. Our server is knowledgeable in wine-pairing and super nice!
I had a wonderful dinner here with my friends. We made reservations, which made the dining experience very smooth. We all decided to try the steak and fries on the menu and ended up ordering three plates. We also ordered all three sauces they offered. The steak was some of the best I have had in a long time. We were already planning our next visit while still eating. There is a great wine selection and some fun cocktails to choose from. We also tried the green salad, which was a bit small for the price, but we each got a small serving to share. Our server was professional and funny, making our night even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back for brunch.
Our brunch experience at Perle was a delightful culinary adventure in the heart of Pasadena. The restaurant's cozy French atmosphere and variety of delicious dishes made a lasting impression. The Escargots were a perfect way to start, with their fragrant garlic butter sauce and tender snails. The baguette reminded me of a bakery in Paris, and the Onion soup was a comforting classic. The Eggs Benedict was a highlight, showcasing the chef's expertise and innovation. The staff's professionalism only added to the charm of Perle. For those looking for an authentic French dining experience, a trip to Perle in Pasadena is highly recommended.
My partner and I celebrated our anniversary at Perle for the 2nd year in a row. Our first experience there was exceptional; best tasting menu we’d ever had. Alas, our second visit exceeded the first. The front of house service is incredible, top tobottom. We felt welcome and cared for. The food was divine. No other way to say it. Wine pairings, brilliant. Odin was afantastic server.
This is a chic restaurant that has a limited a la carte menu. It does feature a corresponding page of vegetarian offerings as well as a three course prix fix menu. Service is excellent and unhurried. Our server is quite knowledgeable. The steak tartareis pretty standard. The escargot was herby and buttery delicious. The steak frites was cooked medium rare as requested. Mybranzino was moist with crispy skin and paired well with the ratatouille. The truffle pasta was disappointing; we can’tappreciate the truffle as it got overpowered by the cream. The nice apple tart tatin was a nice finish. The West comes Eastcocktail is a must try.
