Mcdonald's - Pasadena

Whom to get food for my children and the staff are very rude and do not listen to the customers if I ask the order after a long time of waiting my children for some buffalo sauce and they charge me $1.00 for 2 sauces and did not give us the sauce until I have paid after them, as I have already paid for it, I am in other places and they always give us free sauce with meals. I never come back to this Mcdonalds site in Walmart in Pasadena.

Incompetent. It wasn't busy and they didn't get my order once, but twice. For the first time, I was nice to just move around and park and see that STILL did it wrong and the manager Brandon is the one I spoke to get the correction to my food. I don't live here, but I know I can never visit this place again. If you charge extra for things, make sure you give people what they pay for. Either the person who makes the food cannot read or she really does not care to satisfy her customers.

These employees laughed at me when I moved to the window because they were not on the drive-thru loudspeaker I was good with them not on the drive-through loudspeaker, but they laugh about me somehow has a stop in my business for this McDonald's so much luck for everyone who wants to try and do business there......

Worst service ever . Almost 40 minute wait for two meals McRibs we’re cold and they didn’t give the full meal to one . Have one star cause I had to in order to leave the darn review .

My husband ordered number 2 and all he got was the hamburger we had tell them twice and he still had to pay for fries again
