Founders Tavern Grille - Pasadena

This review is really part of 2 visits. 1st visit we had burgers outside. Looks to be dog friendly outside, but can't confirm. Staff was friendly and attentive. Burgers were good. I had the black and blue which had good flavors, but needed a little sauce of some sort. I can't put my finger on it. My wife's burger was perfect. Oh, the highlight were the orange crushes. Very good 2nd visit we had the wedge salad with grilled chicken. The blue cheese dressing was good. Loved the chicken. Only complaint would be one of the plates had too much blue cheese dressing. Would recommend asking for the sauce on the side .. but I should have done that anyway. Had orange crushes again... And they are consistently good

The burgers here are fantastic! They come medium-well by default, but you can order a different temperature. The roll is a soft knot roll that adds flavor and doesn't cut the roof of your mouth. The fries are fresh cut and lightly salted. The atmosphere is low noise with two walls of windows to watch traffic. 5/5 Parking: Dedicated parking lot Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible and appropriate table height

Ok, here we go! This is a wonderful place to enjoy great food and a super friendly atmosphere! Very personable service, followed up by spacious windows to enjoy as well! Cool place to eat no doubt! I recommend the TRI-filettes shrimp with a mushroom creamsause...WOW!

This is me and my girlfriends favorite place to go. We go here almost every week. The food is amazing. Boneless wings, Bunker Hill burger with some fresh vegetables(of the day) and a couple Old Fashions and our night is complete. The vegetables are so good I always substitute the fries for them, even though the fries are amazing as well. Bring your pet and sit outside and the staff will bring a large dog bowl filled with ice water without you even having to ask.
