(the drive thru is fast even when the line is long ???????? The inside service is very very slowwwwwwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's myonly negative..just being honest. Customer service is always great..which is important to me. Even if they make a mistake theywill happily correct it with a smile. I could go on and on about the sweet tea!!! Best in the area!!!!!!

It's extremely busy in the morning, and my real complaint is the customers in the morning. They are very prone to being impatient and clustering at the pick up counter. I would recommend giving every customer thier receipt andletting them know that their order number is on it, so that their number can be called out, instead of just the items. In theafternoon however, everything is perfect. The afternoon crew is my absolute favorite. They are extremely friendly and alwaystake care of me and my work crew when we come for lunch.

I don?t mind waiting and very understanding of being short staffed but walked in to order , stood there for 5 minutes while 3 employees continued to walk pass me or made eye contact but not oneaddressed me , no hello how are you or someone will be with you in a moment. Unfortunately customer service needs to be retaughton the inside. Just sit in the drive thru !

Also, when I picked up at the window there was no greeting. Just handed me my order. That was it. I drove off. I will never goback to that Dunkin Donuts.
