Chipotle Mexican Grill - Pasadena

Very dirty food preparation area. The employee at the register switched between handling food and handling money without changing gloves, and also dropped a food container then literally kicked it around the food prep area. This location was a nightmare 5/62023 8:15pm.

This is by far the dirtiest and nastiest chipotle i have been to. Ive eaten here on multiple occasions and each time there is trash littered across the seating area, cans are over filled and no one seams to care about cleaning this place up. Its simply disgusting, on top of that, the manager, tall long haired white kid doesnt seem to care much. Ive asked to have the tables cleaned, and no one has been put to address the concerns. To top it all off, the food dispending ares is pretty nasty as well. Most of the counter top is splashed with all the different fixing as the prepare the food. Wont be returning to this one, any time soon. Yall need to avoid this location if at all possible..

This chipotle likes to charge you for things you didn’t order. It has happened several times so my advice is TO CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. They seem to all be on the same page about it as well because when I complained to two different managers, they laughed it off. Chipotle should check their cameras, receipts, transaction logs, and funds because they are definitely do something with the overcharged amounts.

Yuck... found a 6 strand of dirty blonde hair mixed into the ingredients of my chicken bowl. And no, I'm not a blonde.

Horrible place to go. It is a health issue when the food is not fully cooked. They gave me a refund but food should always be cooked properly before serving otherwise people will get sick.
