Really disappointed in my carryout order. The quality control is horrible. Half pot roast sandwich that wasnt even on the sandwich, mostly fat and grease and was mushy. The soup was less than half filled. A few burnt home fries for our other order. Generally, the food is quite good; however, ordering online can be a bit of a gamble. The sweet tea usually doesn't taste sweet, which seems to be a recurring issue.
My Thanksgiving feast for ten was delightful, but the apple cake was truly disappointing. The crust was undercooked and soggy. Fortunately, I had baked a cake myself, and another guest brought one as well. Overall, it was quite disappointing.
The power was out this morning, so we decided to have breakfast at Bob Evans. The food was excellent, and the waitstaff were young, efficient, attentive, and friendly. Let's take a cue from these young individuals and return to work with the same enthusiasm!
I had dinner with my son. Had the hot turkey meal n he had the hot roast beef meal. Everything was delicous. You have the best banana bread n U can buy a bread to take home for $5.00.
Food was good and we had a great waitress. There was a little bit of a wait when we arrived, but that was okay. They called our name, we went up and we're seated. Then the hostess came back and accused us of line jumping! Apparently someone else had the same name and said we jumped in when no one else was even up there when they called the name. We were horrified they would even do this. The hostess should have realized the names were the same and distinguished them somehow. If anything she should have apologized to the other party for the mix up and just seated them next since it was her oversight. This hostess has a lot of learn about customer service. We noted she was also rude to another group while we were waiting, and she didn't have a very warm and welcoming manner when greeting any of the guests.
